Techworks is an outsourced sourcing, vendor management and delivery team. We run your outsourced delivery, from choosing the partners to checking the work.

Sourcing, vendor management, requirements development and delivery governance are specialist skills, and most organizations, small or large, don’t have them together in one place. We bring them as one team on your side, and we bring your teams and the partners’ teams together around one plan.

You tell us the outcome you need. We define the business and technical requirements, advise on the market, run the RFx, recommend the right solution, contract the delivery partners, manage vendors, budgets and timelines, and verify what gets delivered.

We source the right delivery partners for each outcome, based on the market, not from a fixed roster. We have worked with the leading and mid-sized firms across domestic, nearshore and offshore delivery, so we know how they perform, where delivery gets hard and how to manage the risk. Those working relationships help us improve delivery and bring costs down for you.

The partners build. We govern and verify. That separation is deliberate: it gives you safe access to cost-effective delivery, and it means the people who build never grade their own work. We work for you, not for the partners. They don’t pay us.

Our roots are in telecommunications and digital services, where we have deployed and tested networks, applications and mobile devices for service operators in Canada. That depth is why technology and telecom vendor management remain at the core of what we do.
